What about Phase 2?

Directory qualification and software capability are two different things — confusing them is what makes the word "approved" meaningless. Alfatoorah generates Phase 2 invoice XML in the required format, signs it, submits it for clearance or reporting through the Fatoora platform, and issues and renews each company's certificates. If your business falls in an integration wave, this is the path you follow with us.

Does Alfatoorah support ZATCA Phase 2?

Yes. Alfatoorah generates invoices in the format ZATCA Phase 2 requires, submits them to the Fatoora platform, and manages your certificates and their renewal. Registering your business with ZATCA remains a step you complete yourself.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your data, invoices, and history carry over automatically — nothing to migrate manually.

What happens to a rejected invoice?

Alfatoorah shows the exact rejection reason from ZATCA and lets you correct and resubmit the invoice in a couple of clicks.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Certificates and private keys are stored per company and never shared across tenants.

Do I need technical knowledge to set this up?
